Fenix TX make Blink 182 sound like the whiny little brats they are. Putting more weight into Power Pop than Punk, their songs swallow you whole, with whale-sized guitars opening up and closing around you. The vocals are feisty and have a good range, rather than sticking to the thin and snotty sound. If this band doesn't become a radio staple, something is really wrong with the music industry. |
