Kocani Orkestar   Biography  
One of the world's premier Balkan brass bands, the Kocani Orkestar are Roma (or Gypsy) to the core. Led by Naat Veliov, the group formed in Kocani, Macedonia but their musical tastes are wide-ranging: they play traditional music from Bulgaria, Romania, Serbia and Turkey -- and they're not averse to the odd Indian film song or salsa lick.
