from the customer by GEMM and forwarded to the seller.
This is a service GEMM provides on behalf of the customer, not the seller.


All payments processed by GEMM are guaranteed. If anything goes wrong with the
order (e.g. the items shipped are damaged or lost in the mail) you will not
lose what you paid for the order.


If you ever have to return something ordered through GEMM,
GEMM offers to reimburse you for your return shipping costs.

Just go to the GEMM main page at
http://gemm.com/ and click on "Help/Guide/About..."
That should give you all the information you need on how to order thru GEMM.


When you are ready to search the GEMM database, go back to the main page at
http://gemm.com/
and click on "Artist" or "Title" at the top of the page. Then, in the `search`
field, type in the name of the artist or title. If the item you`re looking for
is listed on GEMM, you should be directed to it.
