**NEW VINYL TO CD BACKUP SERVICE** If you are buying vinyl, we can now include a vinyl to CD backup copy of it on CD (for personal use only) with your purchase. Cost for a 7" record is $10, 12" single is $15, and full length LP is $25 per LP. There will be no additional shipping charge. Please let us know if you are interested. US orders: We ship all US orders via USPS with delivery confirmation in well padded LP mailers & jiffys. Insurance is automatically charged & added to all orders over $50 and is optional on orders under $50. If you chose not to insure it and your package is lost or damaged, we can't issue a refund. Insurance rates for are as follows: under $50: $1.65 $50.01-$100: $2.30 $100.01-$200: $3.30 All international orders are sent via DHL Priority Mail which generally takes 1-2 weeks. The US Postal Service no longer offers surface/economy mail. International Mail is shipped twice a week on Tuesday and Saturday. We will automatically insure pacakges to Italy & Brazil over $50 at cost. Please note that shipping is non-refundable. Please be sure and contact us before sending any returns to get a return authorization (RA) number at 818-888-4071. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. All returns must be received within 30 days of original invoice date.
