Shipping

Domestic Customers: Orders processed from gemm.com may take up to 3 days to process. Orders that are placed on a weekend or holiday will cause for delay of the ordering process. Once we have updated totals with shipping the charges will be handled by GEMM.COM. Please note that ONLY the items indicated as in stock/with totals is/are charged. We do not submit charges for items out of stock...That would be pure evil. Hawaii and Alaska buyers your orders will be shipped via U.S. Post Office. Should you have special shipping instructions please notate them on your order. The following charges are for the domestic folk only: $9.95 with no additional costs for additional items. DJ equipment and accessories will cost more to ship because of weight, size and insurance added to ship equipment [this also applies to international orders]. If you are ordering DJ equipment or accessories be aware that the shipping price will be different than this standard price for shipping records. International Orders International orders will ship U.S. Post Office. Musicesp.com is not responsible for duties/taxes imposed by your country. Musicesp.com is not repsonsible for lost or stolen mail. The following rates are for the International orders: $15.00 for the first item additional items are 3.50 per unit. Allow on average 7-12 business days for delivery (this excludes processing time). Delivery time will depend on any issues with customs and your local postal system. $19.00 for International Global Priority for the first item; additional items are $3.50 per unit. Returns

***IF you receive an incorrect item; please let us know what was incorrectly sent to you. Indicating on gemm.com that we sent you the wrong item with no reason will get you nowhere. We need to know what was incorrectly sent OR please let us know why something needs to be returned. This does not happen often (us sending you an incorrect item), but what does happen often is no reply or a reason why. Thank you*** Return Policy: please report any mis-ships/damaged product/missing product within 3 days of receiving your order. To report any problems with your order please email support@musicesp.com and include GMU OR GMR number and please state the nature of the error. all returns are to be prepaid by the customer (we do not refund return costs) and can be returned to: Musicesp.com P.O Box 282445 San Francisco Ca 94128. Please include notes for the reason of the return. No info included means a longer wait to have the problem resolved. Orders returned due to denial of receipt, nobody home, incorrect shipping address given or if customer has moved... Musicesp will refund the order minus the shipping cost. If it is requested to reship an order; the order may be subject to reship fees (depending on nature of the original return). Unauthorized returns (returns made with no explanation/or warning of) will not be eligible for a refund and item(s) will be restocked. International orders returned because of incorrect address information, refusal of tax/duty acceptance, no longer living there, etc will only be refunded for cost of records purchased. Freight charges will not be refunded. Also please note.. If you have not received your order it is possible it is sitting in customs or your local post office unclaimed. Musicesp will only replace the order when the original order is returned.
