VERY GOOD: surface wear, still playeable/enjoyable
FAIR : Surface scuffed, some scratches
GOOD : plays without skipping
GRADING SHEET MUSIC, BOOKS, COVERS & MAGAZINES
- MINT: A beautiful copy with no visible flaws. I never use this grade unless the item appears untouched.
- NEAR MINT: Nearly perfect.
- EXCELLENT: An above average copy that shows minor wear; still suitable for framing or display.
- VERY GOOD:Average used copy with small defects.
- FAIR: Completely readable, with all pages and covers, but with scuffs, small tears, writing, tape etc.
- GOOD: Heavily read and soiled, but still complete.

Coolforever is located in Vancouver, British Columbia. We ship some items via Canada Post (www.canadapost.ca), which is quite expensive; for overseas and US buyers we courier our parcels to Blaine, Washington and ship via USPS.We will only ship overseas by surface mail on special request, and will usually not accept PayPal or Gemm payments for overseas surface. This is because it will quite often take 8 to 10 weeks for delivery, and Gemm and Paypal will automatically refund buyer claims, even though we have shipped the package.

GEMM has been absolutely useless at correcting a postage glitch. If you order more than one item, the chances are good that you will not be confirmed, as Gemm does not allow us to adjust postage for multiple items. when you input postage rates, make sure you adjust for multiple items, or Gemm will 'hard-code' the postage rate for a single item, and we cannot change it.
We are very frustrated by Gemm. If you want multiple items, we carry the same inventory at www.musicstack.com - their checkout system is not as difficult or unchangeable. We will honor any price posted on Gemm, and will pay Gemm a commission, if you tell us you originally tried to order the record on Gemm.
If you are from Gemm, and reading this - we have tried emailing you repeatedly to advise you that the multiple postage rate does not work. If you have a problem with this post, we will be happy to leave Gemm.
