| Grading | Ordering and Payment | Shipping | Returns| Grading | In almost every case our merchandise is new, unplayed, and factory fresh as it is the remaining inventory of a music store that had been in business for more than thirty years but is now recently closed.We do list a few pre-owned or used items and those are plainly marked as such. We make every attempt to list and note all flaws, deficiencies, or other conditions which might affect the items we are selling in our listings. Everything is visually checked when we list an item and then again when it is packed for sale. Time and the vast number of listings does not permit us to play grade any items but our grading is conservative and obvious visual flaws are noted. Although our retail store is now closed, we treat our customers the same as we did for the many years we did business face to face. We are proud of our many years in business and hope to continue until all our inventory is liquidated. We welcome inquiries for bulk sale of our remaining inventory. Shipping and handling for 1-2 vinyl singles is $5 US, $6 U.K. , $6 Europe, $7Asia and elsewhere. Compact disc shipping per item :$5 US, $6 UK, $6 Europe, $7 Asia and elsewhere. This is a minimum charge in addition to any merchandise costs and includes First Class postage in the United States and Air Mail elsewhere,and all packaging materials. All orders shipped USPS. International orders are shipped Air Mail. For Priority Delivery please add $5.00 in addition to the above charges. Shipping for overseas orders will vary depending on destination with a minimum of $5.00 for packaging and shipping. | Returns | | We attempt to describe and grade all items fairly and conservatively and will consider returns and refunds on an individual basis. If a return is necessary customer will be responsible for all costs of return of merchandise unless an item was shipped in error. We do not sell on consignment or approval.
