UK customers requiring ^Special Delivery Registered^(Total cover) should contact us first for a price (this is dependent on the exact weight of a package). Overseas customers can add UKP3.30 for the ^Signed For^ service for insurance (UKP30.00 cover) or UKP4.30 to cover the full amount. Please check with us for your countries limit. Parcels weighing over 2KG will be sent as an 'Insured Air Parcel'. Any items, which are not covered by the above postage rates, should be reserved first and a price will be quoted. Returns

All items can be returned if you are dissatisfied with the goods. A full refund including postal costs will be issued either as a refund, or a credit note if you prefer. Items ordered in error or returned without a valid reason will not have the postal costs refunded or credited - only the cost of the goods
