Grading

Grades are included for each item according to the UK 'Record Collector' magazine guidelines. Items are individually inspected and gradings are strict. We use EX/EX as 'average condition for a used CD/record, with some signs of wear and some surface marks which do not affect playing'. Items graded M (mint) are just like new, with no signs of being played or handles. A full table of gradings information can be found on the 'Questions And Answers' page of the website. If the above policy leaves any doubts, please refer to GEMM's generally accepted Grading Standard

Shipping

Shipping depends on the weight of the final parcel, and on the destination country and chosen shipping service. Values/quotes given are for standard size items to North America and Europe (European prices for insured EMS service are higher). All prices are higher to South America - cost will be included in order confirmation. Insurance is optional for most items but MUST be added for high value items for your own security. NOTE - insured services will require a signature on delivery. Multiple items of different formats will be shipped together to save postage wherever possible.

Returns

Items are guarenteed to be as described in the order confirmation and item description. Items that are not as described or items that are faulty should be returned in the condition they were sent out (eg. a sealed item must be returned sealed) within 7 days of receiving your order.
