Shipping

Our customers have many options and much control in specifying how their orders should be shipped. Please click here for example shipping rates for the USA. We offer very low shipping charges for international shipments. Please click here for example shipping rates for destinations outside the USA. Our shipping charges represent our direct shipping costs plus a minimal increment for associated expenses such as packaging, insurance, and handling. All orders are shipped from our Sunnyvale, California warehouse. Delivery times range from 3 to 15 business days depending on the shipping method selected and the destination. For orders shipped to destinations in the USA, customers may choose shipment by First Class mail, Priority Mail, FedEx Saver, FedEx Priority, or UPS Ground service. For orders to be shipped to destinations outside the United Stated and its territories, please see the list of Destination countries. For these orders customers may choose shipment by International Priority Airmail, Express Mail, or UPS Worldwide Saver. Please note that UPS, FedEx, and DHL cannot deliver to post office boxes. We make only 1 shipment (and charge only 1 shipping charge) per order. We guarantee the safe delivery of all shipments for which the shipping address has been correctly and completely entered. PLEASE BE CERTAIN TO ENTER THE SHIPPING ADDRESS CAREFULLY AND CORRECTLY. An incorrectly entered address may result in extra charges for address correction by the courier, and/or misdelivery of the shipment. Returns

Except for items marked "NON-CANCELLABLE NON-RETURNABLE", unopened videos and DVDs, and non-import, unopened compact discs may be returned (with prior authorization) for a refund of the purchase price less a restocking fee of the larger of $1 or 10% of the purchase price. Non-import items (except items with "special order" status) which are cancelled before shipment are subject to a restocking fee of the greater of $1 or 10% of the purchase price per cancelled item. Items with "special order" status, import or non-import, may be cancelled at any time on request with no restocking fee. To cancel an item or an order, please send an email to questions@cdconnection.com. Please identify your account name and the order or item to be cancelled, and please acknowledge the restocking fee. Import CDs are not returnable to our suppliers, and therefore once the order containing them is "In Process", their sale is final. Only defective import CDs may be returned, with prior authorization, for replacement. Restocking fees do not apply to orders paid by check or money order until (and unless) payment is received.
