Credit cards: In order to process your credit card orders you MUST provide the following information: The name of the CARD HOLDER, along with the credit card`s BILLING address (ie - where the credit card bills are sent). We will not ship an order if we cannot verify the cardholder and billing address. Credit card fraud is a federal offense, and we will prosecute anyone - to the FULL EXTENT of the law - who attempts to order with a stolen credit card. Orders with a parent`s or friend`s card must provide the cardholder`s approval before we process your order. Unfortunately, due to overwhelming volumes of fraud, our processing company will not allow us to ship credit cards orders to Indonesia or Belarus.
Money Orders & Checks: Feel free to contact us in advance to inquire about the availability of items. We also ask that you list some "alternate choices" on your order form. We cannot reserve items for customers ordering via Money Order or Check.

OUR BACKORDER POLICY
We do not charge customers for items we do not have in stock. If an item you have ordered is temporarily out of stock, it will be put on backorder. As soon as the item comes back in stock it will be shipped to you, and we will bill you at that time.
Back-ordered items pre-paid by Money Order or Check will be sent out as soon as they are back in stock. If an item paid for by Money Order or Check becomes unavailable and we cannot re-stock it (a limited edition item for example), we will issue STORE CREDIT for the price of that item.
If you wish to cancel a back-ordered item please contact us immediately via phone, fax or e-mail. You cannot cancel a backorder once we have shipped it to you, so if you no longer want an item or acquire it elsewhere, please notify us.
