OUR BACKORDER POLICY We do not charge customers for items we do not have in stock. If an item you have ordered is temporarily out of stock, it will be put on backorder. As soon as the item comes back in stock it will be shipped to you, and we will bill you at that time. Back-ordered items pre-paid by Money Order or Check will be sent out as soon as they are back in stock. If an item paid for by Money Order or Check becomes unavailable and we cannot re-stock it (a limited edition item for example), we will issue STORE CREDIT for the price of that item. If you wish to cancel a back-ordered item please contact us immediately via phone, fax or e-mail. You cannot cancel a backorder once we have shipped it to you, so if you no longer want an item or acquire it elsewhere, please notify us.

Shipping Information and Policies for U.S. RESIDENTS: We are NOT responsible for any loss or damage to products incurred during the shipping process. This is legally the responsibility of the shipping companies (USPS/UPS). In the event that your order is damaged we will in most cases submit a claim with the shipper and send you a replacement shipment as soon as possible. Post Office Box, FPO and APO addresses must use the United States Parcel Service (USPS). United Parcel Service (UPS) does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, FPO and APO addresses. Also, residents of Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico must have their orders shipped via USPS. Delivery times are APPROXIMATE and may vary. Guaranteed delivery times (Express Mail, UPS 3-Day) are guaranteed by the shipper. UPS delivery days are Monday through Friday. Shipping Information and Policies for INTERNATIONAL RESIDENTS: We are NOT responsible for any loss or damage to products incurred during the shipping process. Most of the time we are able to send packages via Registered Mail, which is a safer means of shipping international mail. Returns

OUR RETURN POLICY All sales are final. Our return policy is only applicable to defective items. In the event that you receive a defective item, contact us by phone, fax or e-mail to authorize the return in question. The defective item must be returned to us and we will replace it **with the same item ONLY**. You will also be compensated for shipping charges you may incur when returning the defective item. We positively will NOT accept returns for video tapes or DVDs if you have selected the "wrong" format. We carry both PAL and NTSC products and you should read item descriptions carefully before purchasing video items.
