Sleeve/Disc The best grading I give a record is M-/M- m-=mint(new) ex=excellent vg=very good(used sleeve,disc has surface marks but still plays fine) g=good(definitely a 2nd hand record but still playable) + and - reflect the relative number of flaws (ex is less than m- but better than ex-) If the above policy leaves any doubts, please refer to GEMM's generally accepted Grading Standard
