Grading

All items are used in a good condition. When "NEW!" is stated the item is at least unplayed ! We do not bother too much about small irregularities like writings on covers (WOC), cut outs (CO), or tears (TOC), these and others will normally be notified only with rare items of 20$ or more. But you may always state any possible wish or limitation along with your order (eg. `please no cover damages` or `record must be mint, but don`t care for covers`). If the above policy leaves any doubts, please refer to GEMM's generally accepted Grading Standard

Customers have asked us to offer a really transparent solution, and we managed to make the new system more transparent than before, and easy for you to calculate your shipping costs before placing the order. We actually had to raise the shipping costs in several cases - mostly because they were calculated incorrectly, so we lost money with many orders over the last two years.
