Ordering and Payment

Seller ships directly to you. No surcharge The seller has reduced prices to completely offset GEMM's 15% surcharge. You pay nothing above the seller's normal pricing for the convenience and security of ordering from this seller and paying through GEMM. (No 'free text' ordering) This seller does not allow the option of typing text descriptions of items instead of clicking on individual 'order' buttons. This is probably because they are a high-volume seller that needs orders to be in a standard format. Shipping

There are three regions to send to, each with a fixed price. The regions are United Kingdom, Europe and International. Each region has a fixed price for the first item and then a fixed price for each item after that. If you place your order by 2pm GMT, then the order will usually be shipped that day, to arrive the next working day (United Kingdom), (up to) three working days (Europe), or (up to) 5 working days (international). Please note that these delivery times may be different in some situations, and before you chase us for lost packages please allow up to 2 weeks. If you feel your pacakage is lost then contact us at orders@easternblocrecords.co.uk clearly stating the order number, and the relevant items. Royal Mail premium service can be added to each order. Premium service costs £3.50 and ensures that your records are fully insured. We reccomend that you add this to large orders as records are you responsibilty once they have left the shop. The prices are as follows (in GBP): UK DELIVERY: 1st item £2, every item thereafter £0.75 EUROPE: 1st item £3, every item thereafter £1.50 INTERNATIONAL: 1st item £4, every item thereafter £3.50 (for an up to date currency convertor please use www.xe.com) Please note that orders with more than 1 piece of vinyl (double packs, albums) are charged accordingly per vinly. So a double pack would be like ordering 2 single 12".

Returns

If you recieve your order and any of the records are not correct, you need to e-mail us immediately at orders@easternblocrecords.co.uk, clearly stating the incorrect vinyl and the order number. Once this is done, you need to package up the incorrect vinyl(s) and send them back to: Eastern Bloc Records 5/6 Central Buildings Oldham St Manchester M1 1JT Each vinyl that you send back should cost you about £1.20 - Eastern Bloc will refund £1.50 back to your credit card for each vinyl we recieve back (to cover this delivery cost for you). We CANNOT accept responsibility for damaged goods - to ensure that you are covered for damaged goods we suggest you use the Premier Delivery option.
