Please note we use an International Grading Standard. All our items are visually and accurately graded. Feel free to ask more specific questions, we are only happy to help. As alot of items are displayed in store, some may be shop soiled and if the grading has varied you will be notified. If we have multiple copies of items it is our policy to ship the 'best' copy. Please note that the cover/sleeve is graded first and record second. We are all collectors here and prefer not to buy and sell poor condition records unless it's something outrageously rare. We use Australia Post as our mail handler. They are the cheapest option available and provide an excellent and efficient service. We can only ship via air mail. WE DO NOT SHIP SURFACE RATE. We charge post at the exact postal rate and there is a $2 packing charge for the custom made mailers we use to ship our records. Poster tubes are charged at cost and vary from Aus$2 - Aus$4 in value. Please note we take pride in our packing and send what have been known to be "bomb proof" parcels. We are all collectors here and expect your parcel to arrive in the same shape it leaves here. As you are aware all records have different weights, be they through heavier vinyl or cover stock. We prefer to ship all records with 3 sheets of protective card inside the mailer, if you wish to have only 2 sheets and this lowers the weight of the parcel to a cheaper category then you will be charged accordingly. Returns

Returns are only accepted upon mutual agreement that the item does not meet the criteria as stipulated in the offer. Refund will be completed upon the return receipt of the item and that we are satisfied that the item returned is the said item that is to be refunded in full.
