Flawless, with no damage whatsoever. EX Excellent. Has been opened, but is still flawless with no damage whatsoever. Vinyl & CD: No visible marking / scuffing / scratches. VG Very Good. Vinyl: May have scuff marks and signs of some wear but will still play almost perfectly throughout, with only "barely detectable" crackles or pops. A slight noise at the begining is allowable. No scratches or gouges that a touch with a dry finger can feel. CD: Visible scratches but plays perfectly all the way through. G Good. Vinyl: May crackle, pop or make other annoying noises, but only occasionally, never continuously, and not more loudly than the music being listened to. F Fair. Vinyl: Only one side playable. P Poor Only one or two songs on the whole album are playable. If the above policy leaves any doubts, please refer to GEMM's generally accepted Grading Standard

We ship via registered mail which is the safest and easiest way of shipment. This service also provides a receipt of the shipment in order to trace the parcel (and have proof that we have mailed the item). In case you are not satisfied with the item... ... you can send it back to us at your own expenses (we suggest recorded delivery as you will have a receipt issued by your local post office as proof of the shipment). We will reimburse only the price of the item (we will NOT refund Shipping & Handling costs). In case you receive the item broken (unplayable)... ... you need to send it back to us (we sugegst by recorded delivery) at your own expenses (you might need a receipt issued by your local post office as proof of the shipment, if we do not receive the item back).
