Grading

When grading vinyl albums we are extremely picky and guarantee all our albums not to be heavily scratched, jump or have any significant deterioration in sound quality. This goes for the 'good' items as well as the 'excellent' items. All items have one grade listed (EX, VG or G). With vinyl albums this refers to the visual condition of the vinyl itself. If necessary, on placing an order a description of both the vinyl and sleeve will be given, detailing any defects. EX = the vinyl will be free of any but the lightest of marks, and more often than not will be mark free. VG = occasional minor scuff/paper marks and maybe the occasional hairline scratch. G = as VG, but with noticeable visible hairline scratches/marks. When grading compact discs we guarantee that all discs will play with no defects, although there may be minor visible marks on the playing surface. If in any doubt at all, please get in touch and I will give full descriptions of any items. If the above policy leaves any doubts, please refer to GEMM's generally accepted Grading Standard

Good Vibrations Second Hand Record Shop guarantees all items to match the condition as described at the time of sale. If the condition of an item does not match the condition as stated and the buyer is unhappy, please contact Good Vibrations (goodvibrations1@tiscali.co.uk) within 7 days of delivery. A refund will be offered once the item has been returned (not including P&P costs). If Good Vibrations are not notified of a problem within 7 days of delivery, the goods will be deemed to have been accepted by the buyer.
