Our grading is as follows: New=Brand New Product Mint=Like New Excellent= Like New but may have been played Very Good= Like New but some signs of wear from playing Good= May have slight defects If the above policy leaves any doubts, please refer to GEMM's generally accepted Grading Standard

Returns

We will accept returns only on a manufactures fault. To return faulty product the customer must email info@cooldiscsmusic.com and state the reason for return/refund.We will then issue you a returns email.Once we have recieved product and fault is proven,we will issue a full refund by cheque/credit card.Please note any product must be returned to us within 30 day's from delivery date.
