Shipping

All purchased vinyl albums are well packed for delivery to customers worldwide. Orders are sent by registered, express airmail postal delivery service. Someone must be present at home to sign for the package. We have bloody brilliant post office here in Hong Kong. Only one package has gone missing in five years and that was to Brazil. Most post to Europe makes it in less than five days! Shipping costs for 1st LP is US$ 20.00 to most worldwide destinations (locally known as ZONE 2). Each additional LP shipping cost is US$ 6.00. Posting on shipping a 7" single is U$6.00 per item and US$3.00 per additional single. For large bulk orders (over eighty lps), please allow us to pack your order first and inform you later of the actual cost for shipping. Bulk airmail (up to 30 Kilos) shipping is somewhat cheaper and can cost a mere US$3.00 per LP. Arrival time for your LPs is anywhere between three days to two weeks, depending on where you live and the current security checks of postal items. Would French buyers please note that delivery to this country can be delayed by up to three weeks. C'est la vie!

We guarantee that all our vinyl, unless otherwise stated, is in a "still sealed" condition and therefore we can take no responsibility for faults due to the pressing quality of the vinyl. We will refund or replace any item lost, stolen or damaged during shipping. We accept no returns of vinyl that has been opend by the customer.
