Most of our recordings are brand new as listed. When we list items as used we are as honest as possible in our descriptions. If the above policy leaves any doubts, please refer to GEMM's generally accepted Grading Standard

We highly recommend getting insurance because about 2% of our orders are lost in the mail. If you did not get insurance then we cannot refund your order. Damaged items will be replaced if you insured your item. Returns will be accepted for incorrectly shipped merchandise only. We must receive the item before the new one goes out, we will not cross ship.

Returns

All merchandise is brand new unless indicated otherwise. You can return any unopened merchandise within 15 days for a full refund if it is our fault.If it is your fault you can still return it but we charge a 15% re-stocking fee. Opened merchandise may only be returned if defective. Imported recordings arrive unsealed and will be shipped that way.
