Returns

If you receive FAULTY goods or the WRONG goods, please inform us by phone or fax (+44 01744 454190) or e-mail us. with the details as soon as possible. We will replace or refund defective items or items sent in error, but you need to obtain our permission first. Once you have informed us, we will send you return instructions, and a refund will be made within 30 days . If the customer makes a mistake in ordering, refunds will be minus costs including postage.
