Grading

Each entry lists reference number, speed (LP/45), Artist, Title, Label, Label #, Condition, comments and price. All prices are in US dollars. Every record is an original issue for the label stated unless noted and guaranteed to please. I`ve listed an overview of abbreviations you`ll commonly encounter, followed by a brief explanation of my grading system. SS Still Sealed - in factory fresh condition M Mint - I don`t use this grade. M- Mint Minus - a probably unplayed, near perfect record VG+ Very Good Plus - even a superficial mark that doesn`t affect play will move an otherwise M- record to VG+. Only well cared for records will grade out to VG+.Will satisfy all but the most demanding collector. VG Very Good - a used, reasonable copy. There will be obvious signs of wear and some surface noise, but still quite nice. VG- Very Good Minus - significant wear and marks and usually quite noticeable surface noise. G+ Good Plus. In the record world, `Good` is not good! From here on down (Fair, Poor), we`re talking about beat-up records. COMMENTS co = drill hole or corner cut in label and or cover cw = cover wear djt = dj timing strip (12" x 4" white sticker on cover detailing titles and playing time) es = electric stereo ps = picture sleeve (for 45`s) re = reissue sl cw = slight cover wear sm= small split seams, 4" split, 8" taped seam, etc... = all refer to cover damage toc = tape on cover tol = tape on label woc = writing on cover wol = writing on label #ol = number on label If the above policy leaves any doubts, please refer to GEMM's generally accepted Grading Standard

US - MEDIA MAIL (allow 7-28 days for delivery - most parcels received inside 2 weeks) - $3 per shipment + $1 per LP and/or .25 per 45 US - PRIORITY MAIL (typically 2-5 days) - $5 per shipment + $4 for 1st LP, $2 each additional LP and/or .25 per 45. OVERSEAS - AIR - 7-14 days delivery...$7 per shipment + $5 per LP and/or .50 per 45. OVERSEAS - ECONOMY AIR - 10-21 days delivery...$5 per shipment + $3 per LP and/or $.50 per 45. CANADA - AIR delivery at Economy Air rates. Many orders go out the same day we receive them, or the day after.
