All records are both listened to and inspected visually. Any scuffs or marks are played through and checked. EX This is the highest grade given to cover and record. An EX record appears unplayed, or is sealed. No spindle marks on the label and the cover shows no signs of wear. EX- Minor if any visible signs of use. Minimal wear on the cover. VG+ Light or faint surface marks. No intrusive audible surface noise. Light wear on Cover. VG Occasional clicks or surface noise due to vinyl having been used. No skips or jumps.Cover has extensive wear and possible splits. If the above policy leaves any doubts, please refer to GEMM's generally accepted Grading Standard

Records have been carefully graded. However, in the event of a record being misgraded a full refund will be available. A re-pricing of the item is also possible. The record must be returned in the same condition as it was sent. A sealed record is not returnable if it has been opened.
