We use Goldmine Grading Standards.
records of 20 Euro and more are always listened to, to grade them.
cheaper records are only partyly listened to. If a record looks perfect & the cover is an excellent shape, we assume it to be at least Excellent.
For cheap records of less than 10 Euro , we only visually inspect them, except something looks weired.
