Returns

WE MUST BE CONTACTED FOR RETURN AUTHORIZATION PRIOR TO RETURNING ANYTHING. When you contact us, we^ll review if physically returning the item is necessary. If it is we will provide you with a specific address & method to return via. After evaluating return, if it^s not as we listed it, we^ll replace if possible @ no additional charge. If not possible, we^ll refund your freight & merchandise cost. If returning for any other reason, we only refund merchandise cost minus our 15% restock fee.
