95% of our inventory is new. Please read our descriptions, because GEMM defaults to "new" even for secondhand titles...All used items are in very good to mint condition with intact paperwork, unless specifically notated. Most discs would be considered excellent condition. We make no warrant that used cds will be in mint condition, unless we state "mint", or new. Minor surface scuffs that do not affect play will sometimes be offered, and prices will be reflectively lower than mint condition cds. Please be aware that many Import titles that are new do NOT come shrinkwrapped from the distributor. This is very common with European imports, and does NOT mean they are used items! If the above policy leaves any doubts, please refer to GEMM's generally accepted Grading Standard

International orders: There is no longer an "Airmail" category. First Class International, With jewel cases, $8.95 for the first CD, and $6.00for each additional. (2CD sets $9.95) First Class International, Without jewel cases, $8.00for 1-3 CDs, $14.00 for 4-7 CDs. International Express Mail, for up to 2 CDs with jewel case or 6 CDs without case, is $40.00, and includes $100.00 worth of insurance, and tracking number. - NOTE: To some countries you will automatically be charged the Express rate, because there is a high incidence of undelivered packages. We no longer ship to Indonesia. Insurance is a recommended option. in the U.S. you can insure up to $50.00 for $2.70 extra, or up to $100.00 for $3.50 extra. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail if insurance or registration is not chosen.

Returns

We guarantee all cds will play perfectly. Returns in exchange for the same title only. We do not refund if items are claimed to be lost. We are not responsible for postal mistakes or losses, and cannot refund for these incidents. We offer and recommend insurance/registered mail for every order. If this option is not chosen, the customer assumes all risks. Items are rarely lost within the USA, but some countries frequently have theft and mishandling issues, and should seriously consider having their orders sent registered mail, without jewel cases.
