| I do not normally play records to grade them. It is visual only. I attempt to stick to Goldmine grading standards. I spot check each cassette prior to listing for squeals and magnetic damage. Cassettes have original "J" covers unless noted. I normally change out cassette cases/CD cases if they are severely scratched or are cutouts. I am using stock photos for cassettes/CD/Cards when the picture matches the cover. Records albums are actual photo. Everything is in stock. On large domestic orders I will generally add a free unlisted item of lesser quality. Shipping cost prevents me from being as generous with my overseas friends.
