We specialize in High Quality Audio & DVD formats such as SHM, Blu-Spec, SACD, Blu-Ray & HQCD. Our catalog is very dynamic with new stock arriving daily. Hundreds of new releases, together with rare and collectible items are added every week. So please add us to your favourite sellers list and check back regularly. We only sell original authentic CD's & DVD's, which are genuine factory made pressings, which retain their full resale value. We never deal in cheap inferior pressings, copies or unofficial bootlegs. When you buy from The Music Specialist, you can do so with the full confidence that you are dealing with a trusted, professional seller, who loves the music as much as you do! SHIPPING Shipping cost is based on weight. The more you purchase, the cheaper the ^per item^ cost will be. All our orders are sent with Tracking and Delivery confirmation if required. There are absolutely no exceptions to this. We apologize to all our loyal customers who had the option of cheaper regular mail in the past. Unfortunately there is a very small percentage of ^scam buyers^ who claim they never receive orders sent out to them. These people make life hard for everyone. PACKAGING We specialize in professional discreet double packaging. All shipments are sent in high quality bubble wrap envelopes or stiff cardboard boxes. Extra care is taken with Large Orders, Paper Sleeve Editions & Boxed Sets. SPECIAL BACK ORDERS We deal with many trusted and reliable Suppliers World Wide. Most of these suppliers have a 95% or better fill rate. That means there is a good chance they can get the item in stock. For very rare items Back Ordering availability can be unpredictable, and sometimes it can take a month or more to source an item. Please allow for this. DISPATCH & DELIVERY Our stock is stored in several locations around Australia. After payment has been cleared, please allow around 2 to 5 work days for packaging, handling & dispatch. We dispatch orders most days, except for weekends and public holidays. If a purchase is made on a Friday, we recommend prompt payment to avoid any weekend delay. Please allow more time for delivery during busy periods such as 4th July, Thanksgiving, Xmas, Easter or New Year. We don't pack on weekends or public holidays. Once an order has entered the shipping process we cannot cancel the order or combine and extra items. Combining different orders into one can result in dispatch delay. Please allow for this if you require items urgently. PAYMENT CUSTOMS & LOCAL TAXES All purchases Must be paid within 5 days. It is important to contact us if your payment is late. If payment is not received within 5 days after purchase is made & there has been no contact, then the order will be cancelled, the item will be re-listed & buyer will be blocked from any future purchases. We are not responsible for any customs duty or local taxes that may be payable. If your purchase is a gift you must let us know prior to dispatch. Marking customs documentation as a gift does not guarantee there will be no duty or local taxes payable. CONTACT Your e-mail inquiries are important to us.
