Welcome to HEART OF A CHAMPION

Heart of a Champion is a five year old independent record label operated out of Minneapolis, Minnesota. We have had 15 releases in that time. HOC is not a genre-specific label, though most of the releases could probably be lumped in to the "indie" and "punk" rock genres. That said, recent releases have (or will) included country and jazz efforts from Los Angeles songstress Eleni Mandell, the bluesy tin-pan alley sound of Minneapolis songwriter Mike Gunther, and the uncompromising abrasive noise punk of L.A. two-piece Qui.
