L.S.D. - "Jast Last" 7" (ltd 444)
First released in 1986, this 3-song 7"was the Japanese
hardcore band's second release and theirabsolute best, and
original copies have become severe collectorfodder. With an
awesomely distorted and extreme edge, this iscomparable to
such Japanese hardcore heavyweights as GISM,LIPCREAM, and
DEATHSIDE. The track "KarenNash" is a Japanese hardcore
classic that does not let up once during itsepic length of 6
minutes! This faithful reproductionreissue comes with the
original stark black and white artwork on a highquality glued
sleeve. Limited edition of only 444 copies!

Confuse - "Spending Loud Night" 7" (ltd to 333)
Known as one of the defining groups ofJapanese hardcore
throughout the 1980s, Confuse has long been afavorite for
those who desire their hardcore overloaded withsheer
intensity. Originally recorded in 1983,this EP was light
years ahead of their contemporaries when it cameto chaotic,
raw, distorted, and blindingly noisy sounds, ranking right
beside fellow heavyweights GISM and GAUZE. This classic 4
song 7" is faithfully reproduced here withthe original stark
black and white artwork on a high quality gluedsleeve.
Limited edition of only 333 copies!

Confuse - "Hate War, No War, Fuckin' War" LP (140gram vinyl)
Hailing from Kyushu, Japan from the early 80's CONFUSE is synonomous with Japanese Hardcore across the world. Inventors of the 'raw punk' approach, an hyper-distorted version of the classic '82-brit punk formula, they ended influencing a whole plethora of latter European hardcore bands like Extreme Noise Terror or Doom, and the whole 90's "...crust" scene. This discography LP features tracks from the "Nuclear Addicts" 7" from 1984, the "Contempt The Authority And Take Off The Lie" 7" from 1985, the "Spending Loud Night" 7" recorded in 1983, their tracks from the "Sexual Confuse" compilation released in 1985, and the "Stupid Life" 12" from 1989, where they evolved into a more melodic, 70's rock inspired style of music, right before disbanding and misteriously disappear.
Tracklist: Indignation, People Are Nuclear Poisoning, Rebel & War, Hate War No War Fucking War, No Victor, Disaster, The End, Fuckin' Lovers, Abuse Of State Power, Fight Against The Plutocrats, ll Things Change Into The Fashion, Spending Loud night, Absolute Power Of Armaments, Hate War, Merciless Game, Stupid Life, General Speech, Worker, Dreamer, Atrocious Madnes, Kill Time, Hunger. released by: NOISE NOT MUSIC label

DREAM DATES - "Surfer Joe" 7" (ugly pop records)
Out at last, the final single from this excellent Canadian band, culled from the same 1979 session that gave us their "Moans on the Phone" and "Mess You're In" 45s. A-side's a ripping rendition of a lesser-known Surfaris number, while the flip attacks Freddie Cannon's "Tallahassee Lassie" in similar fashion, all blazing, dirty guitars, sneering vocals and amphetamine pace. If you heard the first two singles, you know what to expect pure late '70s North American-style punk rock in the vein of Dead Boys, Heartbreakers, Teenage Head and The Users. Not technically a reissue, but it sure fits the theme. 500 press, black vinyl, no gimmicks. (UP023)

CRASH KILLS FIVE? - "What Do You Do At Night? e.p. 7" (ugly pop)
CRASH KILLS FIVE exploded onto the Toronto punk scene with this self-released EP in the summer of 1980, blasting through three tracks of supremely catchy punk rock that perfectly balanced memorable song-writing with quick tempos and raw guitar attack, clearly inspired by early Ramones, Diodes and early Buzzcocks. A planned 12? follow-up was never released, as the band split up soon after, with members going on to early hardcore outfit Young Lions and legendary surf-punk band Shadowy Men On A Shadowy Planet, leaving behind only this very collectible single. Faithful reconstruction of original artwork plus detailed new insert with tons of info for punk history geeks like us. (UP024)

ARSON - "Coho Coho" b/w "Livin' With the White Folks" 7"
ARSON was Toronto's first punk rock supergroup, formed by members of the Viletones, The Ugly and The Poles to deliver raw, tough punk rock as other parts of the early scene veered off to power pop or new wave. Self-released in 1979 and never repressed, this excellent 45 has long been a fave of world-wide collectors, but is just now once again available for the rest of us. Topside's a great fast-paced punker with wild guitar action, backed with a slow-burning creepycrawl monster that compliments it beautifully. Limited one-time repress with faithfully reproduced packaging and new insert! (UP025)

Violent Party - "Death Dance" 7"
Second Ep release by Violent Party from Lynchburg, Virginia. Recorded by Sticky and Raoul together during July 2011. Produced by Steve Slavich at Jam Room Studios. 200 copies pressed on black vinyl at 45 rpm. Released by Chaotik Records March 1, 2012.

"Dogtown: The Legend of the Z-Boys" book *** restock ***
In the early 1970s, the sport of skateboarding had so waned from its popularity in the 1960s that it was virtually non-existent. In the Dogtown area of west Los Angeles, a group of young surfers known as the Zephyr Team (Z-Boys) was experimenting with new and radical moves and styles in the water which they translated to the street. When competition skateboarding returned in 1975, the Z-Boys turned the skating world on its head. . Dogtown The Legend of the Z-Boys is a truly fascinating case study of just how an underground sport ascended on the world. These are the stories and images of a time that not only inspired a generation but changed the face of sport forever. The Legend of the Z-Boys has been described as "The Dogtown text book" and an insightful companion piece to the movie: "DogTown and Z-Boys". Spanning 1975 – 1985, the first section of the 240 page book includes the best of the "DogTown" articles written by C.R. Stecyk III as they originally appeared in SkateBoarder Magazine. The second half compiles 100’s of never before seen skate images from the archive of Glen E. Friedman - many of which appear in the movie. Both Stecyk and Friedman acted as executive producers and advisors for the award winning film, Dogtown and Z-Boys to be released nationwide simultaneously by Sony Picture Classics in April 2002. Hardcover: 240 pages, Publisher: Burning Flags Press; 2 edition (March 12, 2002)
