Welcome to SFH Records. My name is Scott, and I am located in Jacksonville, Florida, USA. Like you, I am a record/CD collector and music enthusiast. Most of the records and CDs you will find in my store are from my personal collection. The rest are interesting things I find locally at good prices.
My store is small, but it's rapidly becoming an excellent source for hard-to-find used progressive rock CDs at unbeatable prices. Check out my selection and compare!
My interest is mostly in progressive music from the 1970s to the present, including progressive rock, jazz fusion, the ECM label, ambient, krautrock, British folk-rock, etc. I am especially interested in imports from artists' country of origin and the more obscure artists on the ECM label. I welcome and encourage trade opportunities. See my want list below.
I strive for detailed descriptions and accurate grading for every item I sell. I also strive for excellent customer service, proper packaging (records go OUTSIDE the covers!) and reasonable prices for both records and shipping. Please check my customer satisfaction statistics. No silly pie-in-the sky prices for records I don't even have in stock
(I'm looking at you, ARCHDD.). My prices are usually among the cheapest for any given item on GEMM. Unlike many GEMM sellers, I'm not trying to run a record museum here, I want to SELL these records, so I try to price them accordingly! I even have a dollar bin - and everything in my store is in stock. If you see an item you'd like but think my price is too high, I will entertain offers.
Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns before buying.
